Death itself cannot be changed, but we can change the patterns of dying. Help in the dying process must focus on there areas: help to the dying patient, help to the hospital staff, and help to the patient’s family and friends. The clinician must first confront death within himself, and then he can begin to practice the hight therapeutic art of helping people to die. (48 pp)
